Welcome Party/ Shower

Some good friends hosted a baby shower for Taylor last week.

I wasn't sure that it was the correct thing to do, being that he is our fifth.

I told Brooke my feelings on this, and her response was "Every baby should have a party"

So that was my outlook on the Shower/Party.
Taylor was being Welcomed into the world with a Party.

Let me just say that I have not ever been to a baby shower where there was Sushi.

Loved it. I have been waiting these past 9 months to eat Sushi, and what a treat that was.

Brooke, Elise & Aubrie put much thought and love into this special night. ( I wonder if the tropical theme had anything to do with Brooke just returning from Hawaii?)

I can't say Thanks enough.

Whenever I have had a party given for me, I get a bit nervous.

I seem to revert back to Jr. High days and worry, and wonder if anyone will really show up.

I was so happy at the turn out.

Everyone that came had a special reason for being there. They each have made a memory in my life over this past year.

Falling In LOVE

Some folks ask, "how will I know I am in LOVE?"
I am in LOVE and I can't do a thing about it.
LOVE is such an easy emotion when its pure, and true.
We have all fall in LOVE over our little man Taylor.
What a sweet blessing to our family, all I can do is cuddle and kiss him.
When I get a chance I will post more, but for now a few pictures for you all.

Taylor Cougar McManus

Our little boy finally came. His full name is Taylor Cougar McManus. Little Taylor was born May 5, 2009 at 8:01am and weighed 8.01 lbs and his family is from the 801. Taylor was 5 days early. This is the first time Raquel has gone into labor on her own. If you already havn't noticed the time he was born and how much he weighs are the same. Our old area code was also 801. The kids are in love with the new baby. Finley is so excited to be a new big sister. Mave says he loves the baby more then anyone. Kennedy loves him. Maddie can't get enough of him. The docters checked to see if he had a cleff palte and its a no.
