My sister Jayne had a family sleep out and we watched The Burbs in
the backyard on her house. What a fun way to spend a summer night.
As time pasted after having Taylor life became a bit more....full.
This summer has been full of fun, family and travel, and trying to managae a house full of kids.
We started our summer off by moving into a new house, and new great neighborhood with fabulous neighbors. (who think we are stuffed into this house with 5 kids. yet they don't know this is the largest house we have ever lived in.)
After quickly unpacking boxes with in 2 weeks we left for Utah, with a stop at Mount Rushmore, and Montana to be at Sam & Gina's Wedding reception, then a pass thru Yellowstone....just cause it was on the way.
This is a drive of 21 hours and aprx. 1900 miles. Bleck!
Taylor was 2 months when we left. Maddie had only top braces on. And I had long hair.
A few of us have changed, as Taylor is 4 months. Maddie now has bling on her bottom teeth, and I cut a few 10 inches off my head. Maddie has the same size feet as me (yeah for sharing shoes)
Kennedy has perfected the "robot" dance move and Finley has become a PreMadona, major meltdowns and all that come with it. Taylor won't take a binki (our first), Shawn has grown out his curly locks, & Maverick has found bestfriends in the neighborhood. (Ty in the front & MaKayla in the backyard)
Right now life is FULL and busy, yet I have a happy heart knowing that School starts next week and my load will lift slightly for a couple of hours each day.
