My previous week was just too hectic, so after Sunday confrence.
I packed up the children and we headed south for sunny St. George, Utah.
Mom and Dad have a home there, and we all enjoy visiting.
St.George is such a beautiful place. The flowers were in bloom, palm trees tall and majestic, grass green and being mowed. What made this trip so nice was when we called back home
Pleasant Grove was getting hit by a spring snow storm. I felt no guilt while tanning my legs and letting the kids run and play in the comfort of a warm dare I say HOT spring day.
We spent one day full of adventure. While my dear mom took care of Finn, Grandpa and I took the other 3 hiking up to the red Cliff. This was so much fun, and so needed.

It never amazes me to see the art work of our Heavenly Father thru out our beautiful country.
I feel so blessed to call Utah my home, and to beable to venture into a place so majestic.

The next morning we took a tour of the St. George temple visitors center.

They have on display a sculptor who has about 15 bronze statues of Jesus Christ's life, and
popular Bible stories. What a talented women. She has only sculpted for 10 years, and was touched by the Holy Ghost to design this line. It will be traveling world wide, so if you have the chance, I recommend you to go and view it. We had a fabulous Sis. Missionary that was from the Bahamas. She has only been a member for 3 years, yet her testimony of Christ and our true Church astounded me. It was a great Testimony builder for me and Maddie.
We headed home on Tuesday and bundeled up half way home, cause the temp. was dropping fast. Today it was trying to snow, and that's okay.
We got a taste of summer and now we have curbed out craving for a bit.
